Prosecutors to Investigate Monument to Bosnian Croat War Criminal

The state prosecutor has opened a case after a monument was unveiled in the Croat-majority city of Capljina glorifying the convicted war criminal Slobodan Praljak, who took poison in court when his verdict was delivered.
